We want you to be happy with your Benton Collection bathroom vanity. If something is not right, follow this page. Returns are for freight vanities and related parts shipped from Florida.

Questions: support@bentoncollections.com or 305-224-1991.

Return requirements

To return a product, all of these must be true:

  • You requested a return and received authorization before you ship anything back.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It is in the original packaging, on the pallet when it arrived on a pallet, with the original protective materials (shrink wrap, foam, cartons).
  • You start the return claim within 90 days of delivery. Unused items returned within 7 days of delivery have no restocking fee when they meet these rules.

Cost of a return

  • Within 7 days, unused, original packaging, authorized: no restocking fee. You still pay return freight unless the return is for freight damage we accepted or for an error we made.
  • After 7 days, or a personal reason (changed mind, wrong color preference, no longer needed): 20% restocking fee, plus freight to our warehouse. Outbound shipping on the original order was free; a personal return can still include freight charges both ways as listed when we authorize the return.
  • Refused delivery for a non-damage reason: 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight.
  • Items returned damaged, used, modified, or badly repacked may have extra fees or a partial refund only. Insure the return shipment and keep tracking.

Refund process

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Allow several business days for our warehouse to check the shipment, then more time for your bank or card to show the credit.
  • We cannot refund in full for cargo damaged on the way back to us or never received.

How to start a return

  1. Keep the item unused and in the original packaging (including the pallet when you received one).
  2. Email support@bentoncollections.com or call 305-224-1991. Include your order number and why you are returning.
  3. Wait for return authorization. Do not ship without it. Unauthorized returns can be refused and sent back at your expense.
  4. Follow the packing and carrier instructions in our authorization email. Freight returns need the original pallet and packaging.
  5. Keep photos, tracking, and any delivery receipts until the refund is complete.

Freight damage (not a regular return)

Outbound shipping is free (Florida warehouse, curbside LTL). Before you sign, inspect the carton. If you see crushing, dents, or other damage, write FREIGHT DAMAGED on the delivery receipt, then take photos and contact us within 24 hours. Without that note, the freight claim can be declined and we may not be able to exchange or refund for transit damage. Full curbside steps: Shipping and Returns and Shipping policy.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email support@bentoncollections.com or call 305-224-1991 as soon as you can. Include your order number.

  • If the order has not left our Florida warehouse, we will cancel it when we can still stop the shipment.
  • If the order has already shipped or been delivered, use the return process above.
  • Cancellations after the order is processed or en route may include fees (including restocking and freight) when the shipment cannot be stopped.

Parts, backsplash, and stone

  • Replacements for parts and accessories (faucets, drains, backsplashes, and similar) are for orders within 90 days. Send photos of damage or missing pieces.
  • Backsplashes ship with the vanity when ordered; we do not ship backsplashes alone. Contact us right away if a backsplash arrives damaged.
  • Natural stone can show veins, pores, and color variation. That is normal and not a defect. Screen colors can also differ from the real finish.
