How curbside freight actually works

This is a crated freight shipment, not a parcel.

STEP 1

We build and crate

2–5 business days handling. You get a tracking number when the carrier picks up.

STEP 2

The carrier calls you

5–12 business days in transit. The freight line phones ahead to book a window — answer it, or the crate waits at the terminal.

STEP 3

Curbside drop

The driver brings it to the curb, not inside. Open the crate and inspect before you sign — noting damage on the delivery receipt is what makes a claim work.
