Sorry as you asked, I tried to reply to the email before writing a review but the email came back as “undeliverable”. I tried calling the 855 number Chan’s texted me from but it said the call could not go through. I am reviewing the delivery process not the product. Nobody called me to tell me the delivery service was there. Instead they just left a large box on a pallet in my neighbors driveway, blocking their garage door. The box was too big for me to move on my own and this caused an issue with my neighbor. I had planned to have them leave the box in my driveway, where a friend could help me move it later. I have no idea why they would just leave a large package without confirming it’s the right address!!
